The development and empowerment of youths is one of develop Somalia’s priorities, 
the basic computer training targets the development of the skills level of youths,
with the goal of enabling them to seek & gain employment in both the formal and informal sectors in Benadir region.
Proficiency in computers is an absolute requirement for success in today’s technology-driven environment. However, many youths simply do not know how to use a computer and are 100% computer illiterate.
